CURRENT STATUS:

OSIRIS-REx entered the TAG Rehearsal mission phase on March 30. On May 26, the spacecraft successfully completed the 250-meter Recon C flyover of backup sample collection site Osprey.

UP NEXT:

The team is now preparing for Matchpoint Rehearsal, which is scheduled for August 11. Matchpoint is the mission’s second rehearsal for the sample collection event.
